• 10 live group guidance Zoom calls: Meet with Jen + your Midlife Emergence® cohort for powerful practices and sharing throughout the program. *Our 90-minute calls will occur for 10 weeks.  It's valuable to be there live, but if you have to miss a few, know that calls will be recorded and shared only within the cohort.
• Self-discovery invitations: You'll have access to an easy, online interface for the program. Each module centers around a specific midlife theme, where you'll be invited into carefully crafted exercises to illuminate this transformative passage.
